3D RC Hobby™ retains full and exclusive authority over this website, its content, and its services. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase products. By using this site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Safety Disclaimer
Model airplanes and boats are not toys. They involve high-speed parts, electronics, and potential fire hazards (batteries/fuel). You assume all risk for the assembly, operation, and use of any kits or plans purchased. 3D RC Hobby™ is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or death resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs and plans on this site are protected by copyright. All logos, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of 3D RC Hobby™. You are granted a limited license to use purchased plans for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or mass-produce items from these plans without express written consent from the plan's designer.
4. User Content License
By submitting photos, reviews, or feedback to 3D RC Hobby™, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and social media. You represent that you own the rights to any content you submit.
5. "As-Is" & No Warranty
All products and plans are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. 3D RC Hobby™ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any item sold.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D RC Hobby™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
7. Informal Dispute Resolution

8. Governing Law & Venue

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and operation of RC aircraft or boats comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws or regulations (including FAA or local flight restrictions).
Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, use taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or import duties associated with your order. These charges are not included in our pricing and will be your sole responsibility at the time of purchase or delivery.
