Shipping, Returns, and RefundS
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Handling time for printed plans is 1-2 business days.
Handling time for kits is 1-3 weeks, as every kit is cut to order and there are always kits in line to be cut.
Shipping is done Monday-Friday, via the US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We always use Ground / Home Delivery shipping, which is usually 3-5 days for delivery. We do not use economy shipping or "snail mail". Your package will be insured. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you discover damage after opening, save all packaging materials for carrier inspection. Please provide us with photos of your package, and its contents, in the condition they were received.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us ASAP. If we have already begun cutting your kit, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Once your order has shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund.
RETURNS
All kits at 3D RC Hobby™ are cut-to-order based on your specific selection. Because of this custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a manufacturer defect or a printing error, we will do what we can to make it right.
RESOLUTION PROCESS
If you encounter an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a resolution, which may include replacing specific defective parts or providing guidance to correct the issue.
ACCURACY
Our plans and kits are designed for hobbyists. While we strive for 100% accuracy, minor variations may occur during the cutting or printing process. It is the builder's responsibility to verify final fit and finish during assembly.
