What is a short kit?

Short kits include laser cut fuselage formers and wing ribs, intended to save you time on your scratch build so you don't have to hassle with tracing parts and making complex cuts.

What is included with this kit?

• Laser cut fuselage formers

• Laser cut wing ribs

• Full size printed building plans

What is not included?

You will need to source the additional wood to complete the airframe, e.g. stringers, spars, balsa sheeting, balsa blocks, etc. You will also need to cut some simple shapes yourself, such as the tail section.

Where can I get a cowl / canopy?

We do not have a source for the cowl / canopy for any models, and they are not included in the short kit. However, fabricating one yourself isn't difficult, and a rather fun learning experience. With every kit purchase, we include instructions on how to fabricate those parts.

Do you offer complete kits?

We don't typically stock the rest of the wood to complete the models, but if you are interested in a complete kit just send us a message and we will be happy to give you a quote.

Handling time

Every kit is cut to order. Please expect 1-3 weeks for handling time. We ship our kits via UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service, always insured. We do not accept returns on these custom orders.
