What is your shipping / handling policy and procedure?
We begin processing your order immediately after you place it. Airplane plans ship next business day. Airplane kits will ship within 2-6 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another with a tracking number when your order ships. Shipping is done via the US Postal Service or FedEx, estimated at 3-5 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason please contact us. We will always offer a resolution.
Where can I find a cowl and canopy for the short kits?
Send us a message! We can give you directions on how to create a canopy and / or cowl from scratch, quickly and easily!
